Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Black Clover Latam!

We offer refund and / or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase and the intention to exchange or return has not been notified, the policy will not be offered to you.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

  • Your item must be unused, clean, with all its tags and in the same condition it was received.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Changes (if applicable)

If you need to change it for the same item or another, send us an email to sales@blackcloverla.com and you will receive the instructions.

Send in exchanges or returns:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your changed product to reach you may vary.
